Aerial yoga workshop for all levels in Stoke Newington, Hackney, London N16.

Come and discover a new way of doing yoga.

Our teacher is a qualified 500HRS yoga teacher that has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance, and she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create a unique aerial yoga class for you.

We are a local independent yoga aerial studio looking forward to making you discover a new type of yoga. We are hosting this workshop in an incredible and independent studio in the heart of Stoke Newington by Clissold Park. A beautiful and spacious warehouse studio located in a private, quiet spot near the park.

If you haven't done aerial yoga before, I strongly recommend you do it at least once.

This workshop is an all-levels workshop. No previous experience in aerial yoga is needed. Everyone is welcome.

Timetable:

4 pm- 6.30 pm aerial yoga and restorative aerial yoga class

What to expect from this aerial yoga workshop?

-Learning a different way to practise yoga.

-Getting to know inversions and practising some aerial yoga inversions

-Finding a space of mindfulness and grounding in your practice

-Releasing tensions accumulated

-Having a new experience

-Having fun and surprising yourself.
