Aerial yoga is a type of yoga everyone should try at least once in their life. It can be gentle or challenging. Your perception of yoga will change once you'll try aerial yoga.

You can have a strong power aerial yoga or choose to
have a restorative aerial yoga class to maximise your stretches and feel the wellness of yoga all over your body and mind.
