Join for an evening of meditation. Not only will you come out feeling relaxed, you will enter a deeper journey of self awareness.

Increase levels of compassion for oneself and othersEach week we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation. Using the breath we will enter a deep state of relaxation followed by a guided inner journey. We will use a mix of guided visualisations and mantras to keep the mind focused.Please arrive promptly at 6:30pm, as we will have a strict no entry policy once the meditation starts.
The class will run for approximately 50mins.
Prepare to come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

We recommend that you bring something warm to wear so you feel comfortable during the class
Please also bring a pen and some paper to write any notes you may need during the class
