Our teacher is a qualified yoga teacher who has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance, and is an instructor with training in modern dance, aerial circus skills, and pole dance. She has combined her knowledge of these she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create a unique aerial yoga class for you.

Classes are held at an independent studio in the heart of Highbury & Islington by Highbury Fields Park. A beautiful and spacious studio located in a warehouse in a private quiet spot near the park. I am a local independent yoga aerial yoga teacher looking forward to making you discover a new type of yoga.

If you haven't done aerial yoga before, I strongly recommend you to at least do it once in your life.

Classes are all levels.

30 minutes class.

Please note it is essential that students pay close attention to all verbal instructions and demonstrations from the teachers.

Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.

The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.

Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.

Avoid aerial inverts if you have:

• Back or leg fracture
• Osteoporosis
• Hernia
• Vertigo
• Bone weakness
• Recent head injury
• Cerebral sclerosis
• Propensity for fainting
• Artificial hips
• Carpal Tunnel syndrome

• Head cold
• Migraine
