This aerial yoga class is designed to provide a fun and relaxing experience that encourages bonding and mindfulness.

The class is open to all levels, and it is designed for everyone.

This is a one-hour corporate mat-yoga class at the workplace in London (within the M25).

These sessions are designed to boost focus, improve posture, help staff unwind, de-stress, re-energise during the workday, and give them a real reset.

I am a qualified 500+ hour teacher with 6 years of experience teaching yoga and with over 15 years of experience in yoga.

Classes can be held in English, Italian, Spanihs and Russian.
